A dopamine menu is a "menu" of activities you can do instead of being on your phone or a screen. Doing things you enjoy without your phone helps with your attention span, memory, and generally just improves the vibes.

I'm pretty disgusted by the "attention economy," so I made myself a dopamine menu to just not scroll on social media. I am pretty addicted to my screens, and my website exists because I thought that I might as well make something while looking at this dumb screen instead of consuming bullshit stuff on the internet.

I'm still working on not being so attached to my phone, and it is not easy at all. The idea of not having my phone makes my heart race. Maybe I just need to lock it in a safe.
